During 100 days from April to July 1994, over 1 million Rwandan Tutsis were killed in a horrific genocide. Not included in the count are an estimated 150,000 women who were raped and intentionally infected with HIV as part of the genocide.

This project shares the incredible character of these women in moving forward with their lives, finding strength and forgiveness in order to create a better future for their children.
